It's a quiet meal between us, as people begin to wander in for breakfast. The apartment itself seems too quiet.
Everyone takes the news of Djhuety's departure in their own way. Soon we've finished breakfast. I glance down the hall. "If Ignacy doesn't get up soon he'll be missing breakfast all together. Anybody in the mood to go wake the slug-a-bed?"
